Chuck Norman Named 2011 Greater Raleigh Chamber Expo Chair

CARY, N.C. (Dec. 6, 2010) — Chuck Norman, APR, executive vice president with S&A Cherokee, has been named Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Expo chair for its 2011 Business Expo.

The Expo Committee’s goal is to create new and innovative ideas for the Chamber’s Business Expo. Norman’s primary duty as expo chair will be to facilitate the expo committee in its efforts to recruit exhibitors, sponsors and speakers for workshops and seminars. The Expo Committee’s task force is comprised of local business leaders.

“We’re very pleased to have Chuck serving as our 2011 Business Expo chair,” said Soberina Traywick, chair of the Chamber’s Small Business Department. “We appreciate his expertise and enthusiasm, and look forward to his contributions to the upcoming event.”

The Expo will be located in the heart of downtown at the Raleigh Convention Center on April 11, 2011. Workshops and seminars, featuring speakers from locally known Wake County businesses, will be held throughout the day. They will offer business resources for business owners and managers. Lenovo will also host a warehouse sale offering discounts on a variety of hardware products.
